How long does shipping take?
Your order is usually ready for dispatch no later than 5 working days after placing the order. During promotional periods, there may be delays due to high order volumes. Delivery within Germany takes approx. 2-4 working days. Please note that the shipping time of parcel services may take longer due to acute exceptional circumstances (e.g. strikes, staff shortages, etc.).

Undeliverable packages
If we are unable to deliver a package according to your selected shipping methods, it will automatically be returned to us.
How much does return shipping cost?
All items can be returned free of charge to one of our stores. A processing fee of €3.95 will be charged for returns via post, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
